you ever tie a towel around your neck for a cape and jump

of this ‘crackpot’ thinking to fruition.

be found, vetted, funded for research and brought to the
world as realities.
What
kind of funding is needed? It can take several million dollars to get a project from the
idea stage to a testable prototype.
This can include salaries for scientists, technicians,
researchers, typists, rents on lab space and equipment,
purchase of office and lab supplies, etc.
